From Fedora Project Wiki

Hi all, I'm Andrew and I'm from the great state of Vermont located in the US. In our great state, internet is not as prevalent as it ought to be, so I rely a lot of local content and the ability to work and play offline as well as on. I have several IBM ThinkPads running Red Hat 7 all the way to Fedora 14, so I've been a basic user of Fedora for some time. My email is Sublime865 AT Gmail DOT com and I also run 42forums.org. It is currently down indefinitely as my computer that I was running the virtual machine on has a hardware issue, and being my only server in my living room is difficult to get the VM image off the 15k SCSI drives :)

I'm constantly cycling through used laptops and giving them away to friends in need, and the beauty of Fedora is, first and foremost I don't have to go buy a windows license to give a computer to someone for free, Fedora runs faster on legacy hardware, and last but not least it is relatively easy to teach, and I can spend an afternoon with someone walking them through everything they will ever need it to do.

Anywho, I'm rambling. If your interested in hearing further rambles, feel free to pop me an email.

In the meantime I'll be off reading xkcd.com :)
