A little something about ME!
I am an Engineering student(final year) from India. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors of Engineering(B.E) in Electronics and Telecommunications(EXTC)from TSEC(Thadomal Shahani Engineering College),Mumbai. My hobbies are Reading, Driving and Surfing.
My areas of interest are Electronics and their related coding(as in embedded applications). Thats what got me to fedora. When I first tried it, I realized how much superior in terms of system level access and speed grades it is to other OS's. I got hooked and then followed the complete devotion to fedora.Even in my final year project i ported fedora13-arm to my BeagleBoard (an embedded processing platform). I am also student member of IEEE for 3 years now and was the Chief Technical Officer of IEEE-TSEC(R10-Asia Pacific) Student branch for the year of 2010.
The Areas/Projects that i have worked on are:
1.OpenCV on i686 and ARM(beagleboard) Architectures....currently exploring it on Iphone
2.Various Projects on Atmega series of microcontrollers (Won a couple of National Level Line Follower Events, plus Projects like Temperature Sensor, GSM Tx/Rx system, etc)
3.RF Transmission/Reception (ASK, CC2500) Matlab (General + IP toolbox)
4.A little bit of Python
5. iPhone App Dev (Amateur)
6. Robotics (Fiddled a little with Swarm Robotics)
