Caveats

1. Japanese font set for Japanese users by Japanese designer, on Japanese site with Japanese license, so reading Japanese is a prerequisite for packaging.
2. Matrix needs filling by a Japanese speaker.
3. This page claims the licensing terms are: "You can redistribute them, but you need to tell it to the author before you do it."
   1. check with upstream if an initial notification by Fedora is sufficient for redistribution by Fedora derivatives.
   2. check with upstream if font modification is allowed (as our fonts packaging policy requires)
