The book will be an 8.5" x 8.5" paperback, consisting of about 80–100 full-color pages. This will cost $1.00 plus $0.09 per page; an 80-page book will cost $8.20 to produce, and a 100-page book will cost $10.00 to produce. (All values in USD.) The page count must be in multiples of four.
Lightning Source will serve as the print-on-demand publisher. They handle publishing, as well as taking care of distribution through Ingram, Amazon.com, etc.
It has been mentioned that we will need to commit to publishing more than one book through LSI; however, this has yet to be confirmed by Ian or Max.
