Latest revision as of 07:37, 18 September 2016

Basic FAmSCo activity

Note.png
What is this section's purpose?
This section gives some quick health indicators about how much FAmSCo is communicating. Sometimes FAmSCo members can't make a meeting due to travel or conflicts with their $DAYJOB, but the combination of meeting attendance plus email is a nice metric.

FAmSCo meetings

FAmSCo held 4 meetings in April. Attendance was as follows:

  • 4 out of 4 -- Joerg, Susmit, Maria
  • 3 out of 4 -- Rodrigo, David, Luca
  • 2 out of 4 -- Max

So far this year, FAmSCo has held 14 meetings. Overall attendance has been:

  • 14 out of 14 -- Joerg, Susmit
  • 12 out of 14 -- David
  • 11 out of 14 -- Maria
  • 10 out of 14 -- Max, Rodrigo, Luca

Regional meetings

One of FAmSCo's goals this year is to make sure that at least one FAmSCo member is at each regional meeting that is held.

As of the time this report was prepared, 6 regional meetings held in April had been logged.

  • NA -- 1 meeting, attended by David and Max.
  • EMEA -- 2 meetings, both attended by Joerg.
  • APAC -- 2 meeting, both attended by Susmit.
  • LATAM -- 1 meeting, no FAmSCo members in attendance..

FAmSCo mailing list

FAmSco's mailing list received 32 messages this month, which was a pretty light month. We need to have more discussion on the mailing list.

  • Joerg -- 13
  • Max -- 5
  • Susmit -- 5
  • David -- 5
  • Rodrigo -- 2
  • Maria -- 1
  • Luca -- 1

General accomplishments or decisions

Note.png
What is this section's purpose?
This section discusses the non-regional achievements within either FAmSCo or the larger Ambassadors project from this month.

Budget

Note.png
Where does FAmSCo's budget come from?
The FAmSCo budget rolls up into the larger Community Architecture expenses. On that page, FAmSCo's budget is represented by the "Regional support" line item.

FY11 Q1 (March 2010 - May 2010)

EMEA -- $5,550

NA -- $2,900

India/APAC -- $2,880
